Gordon Polson has been named the new director of the Federation of Bakers.
Polson replaces John White, who left in February. Polson has been operating in the trade
association environment for more than 20 years, having held senior appointments at associations including the British Amusement Catering Trade Association, the British Insurance Brokers’ Association and the National Association of Steel Stockholders.
Polson said: “The bread industry faces many challenges over the next few years, with both consumer health concerns and industry issues needing to be addressed.”
