Andrew Wilcox of Safeway has become the Scottish Quality Salmon Champion 2002. Andrew scored the most points in the salmon craftsmanship round at this year's 50th National Federation of Fishmongers Golden Jubilee craftsmanship competition held at the Oyster and Seafood Fair at Hays Galleria in London on September 1. Brian Simpson, chief executive of Scottish Quality Salmon, presented Andrew with his prize and said: "I am delighted the craft and skill of fine fishmongering remains strong today, and what more versatile fish on which to demonstrate this than Scottish Quality Salmon.
