Fishmonger and restaurant chain FishWorks has made a number of changes to its management team.
Executive director Mitch Tonks will take on the role of chief executive. He will drive daily operations and implement strategy for profitable growth.
Former chief executive Roy Morris will become executive chairman, enabling him to focus on developing group strategy.
Tony Fisher will step down as non-executive chairman but will remain as a senior non-executive director and head of the audit, remuneration and nominations committees. The changes follow the appointment in February of Ratnesh Bagdai as finance director.
Morris said: “Mitch, Ratnesh and I will continue to work together as the executive team grows and develops the overall FishWorks business. We see this as a natural evolution.”
