Northern Irish cheese maker Fivemiletown has secured a listing with 3663 for its Boilíe goats milk cheese.

Boilíe is handrolled into a pearl shape before being marinated in garlic-infused oil. It will be offered to 3663 customers in 1kg tubs.

3663 had a longstanding commitment to regional specialities, said buyer John Nelson. “We provide every food option from quality ingredients to finished meals.”

3663 serves 60,000 customers across the foodservice sector.
