Fledgling wholesaler My Fish Company has scored a major supermarket contract.
The company, which launched in September, has signed a deal with Booths to supply all the retailer’s own-label fresh fish as well as all fresh fish sold at counters across its 32 retail stores.
“This has been a massive achievement for us, We want to build a business that is known for supplying the highest quality fish and seafood available to hotels and restaurants across the North West and there’s no better quality mark than being a Booths supplier,” said co-founder Gary Apps.
“We want to grow, but without losing our attention to detail and focus on excellent customer care. The team that has come together has more than 200 years combined experience in the fish and seafood trade, and we place a lot of value on our ethics around people, product and passion.”
