The ongoing popularity of superfoods is set to help Florette’s Superfood Salad bag hit sales of more than £2m during its first year on sale.
The mix of peppery and tender leaves with beetroot launched last June and proved a big hit, said Florette marketing controller Elaine Smith, with more than 550,000 households buying the product so far [Kantar 52 w/e 24 April 2016].
“Results for the first year have been fantastic,” Smith said.
