Utterly Butterlys Europe's only professional wingwalking team is recruiting for the summer season. The successful candidate gets to don a fetching yellow Lycra catsuit and wave to the crowds at more than 70 airshows across Europe.
Rik Waller lookalikes need not apply however. Applicants must be below 5ft 6in, under nine stone, and graceful at speeds of 140mph and above. Sadly, The Grocer's reporter Elaine Watson didn't quite have the grace and athleticism required when she turned up at RFC Rendcomb last week, but she gamely donned a yellow jumpsuit and hung on for a good 12 minutes before going back to the day job.
