RHM is reorganising the group from four business groupings into three units, which are to be run under the leadership of chief executive Ian McMahon.
The units - cakes and customer partnerships, culinary brands and bread bakeries - will support RHM building its brands, which include Hovis, Mr Kipling, Sharwood’s and Bisto.
Tim Kelly will become chief operating officer, cakes and customer partnerships. Ginny Knox will stay as chief operating officer of Centura Foods, but also takes on culinary brands. And Miles Warnick will continue as chief operating officer, bread bakeries, as well as taking on manufacturing and technology.
