John Gaw is Walkers Snack Foods' new divisional sales manager for Scotland, following Ross Kerr's retirement after 35 years. Gaw's responsibilities include driving volume and share in the Scottish market as well as providing a senior Walkers presence on the ground to ensure close and ongoing contact with the trade. He joined Walkers as a regional development representative in 1994. He will be supported in his new role by Alan McCaffer, wholesale account manager, and Fiona Dobie, retail account manager as well as the regional sales manager, to be announced. Gaw said: "I am thrilled to be taking over from Ross Kerr, who has done a tremendous job in ensuring that Walkers continues to remain the number one Scottish crisps brand.
