Goats milk specialist St Helen’s Farm has expanded its line-up with an ice cream.

Rolling out to Waitrose stores this week, the vanilla-flavoured ice cream (rsp: £3.99/500ml) is the latest NPD from the dairy, which extended its yoghurt line-up in August with new flavours and formats.

St Helen’s Farm also produces fresh milk, butter, cream and cheese.

“The product top of everyone’s wish list has been ice cream,” said director Mike Hind.
