Recipe box company Gousto is launching two new ranges to kick off the new year, which cater to the low-calorie and vegan markets.
Its new Boost & Balance dishes are low calorie and contain two or more portions of the 5 a day, and a selection of chicken, prawn and pork dishes.
Dishes include salsa verde chicken with wheat berry broth, as well as garlic chilli prawns and mashed sweet potato.
Gousto’s Plant-based range offers curried coconut quinoa with roasted cauli and kale in addition to a harissa houmous and roasted veg and freekeh salad.
“In 2018, we continue to keep customers at the heart of our business. The launch of our Boost & Balance and Plant-based ranges proves this, helping us offer even more mealtime choice, flexibility and convenience,” said Gousto CEO and founder Timo Boldt.
“Following on from our successes in 2017, we’re proud to offer the most choice (24-plus recipes and more than eight ranges), superb value (meals from £2.98 per portion) and to remain the only recipe box to deliver seven days a week. Even more families can look forward to enjoying home cooking, made simple with Gousto this year.”
Gousto currently delivers almost half a million meals a month, and currently offers over 24 weekly vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and family-friendly recipes.
