Grace Foods is aiming to help retailers tap a growing demand for exotic flavours with its annual Caribbean Food Week.
Running from 18 to 25 August, the campaign will include nationwide promotions, advertising and social media activity.
The push comes as the Caribbean sector is growing almost 10% year on year, according to Grace Foods. “Customers are seeking new recipes and looking to their retailers to provide the ingredients,” said Grace MD Ryan Mack.
