Graham’s The Family Dairy has further expanded its portfolio of branded products with the launch of low-fat yoghurts.
The range of six yoghurts - made in the Highland town of Nairn - went into more than 190 Scotmid stores across Scotland on Wednesday in natural, raspberry, strawberry, summer fruits, peach and toffee flavours, with a launch price of 49p per 150g pot.
The processor is also offering a 450g pot, in the natural flavour at £1.40. The full range is expected to be rolled out to the mults in Scotland later this month.
“The best-selling yoghurt brands in Scotland are French and English, so we saw an opportunity to meet customer demand with a low-fat Scottish yoghurt using Scottish milk,” MD Robert Graham said.
The introduction of the new yoghurt range follows the launch of Lighter and Organic Spreadable Butters and a new ice cream collection over the past few months.
“Our focus is concentrated on growing our presence in retailers across Scotland and this range delivers on quality, flavour varieties and indulgent taste without the guilt,” Graham added.
