Graze, the mail order snack group, has been linked with a sale to private equity giant Carlyle Group.
According to press reports, a majority stake in the company could cost Carlyle around £50m.
Graze was set up in 2008 by Lovefilm co-founder Graham Bosher. It delivers healthy snacks to 100,000 customers.
Current backers of the business include Octopus Ventures and DFJ Esprit.
