Grey Goose has resurrected its flavoured La Vanille vodka, with an eye to tapping the espresso martini trend.
The drink (40% abv) is made with winter wheat from Picardy in France and natural spring water, which is blended with Madagascan vanilla, giving the liquid “bold caramelised and toffee notes” according to Grey Goose.
The vodka originally hit shelves in 2003, but was discontinued about three years later.
The relaunch has rolled into Ocado and Amazon (rsp: £40/70cl).
La Vanille “perfectly complements with the finest coffee to bring out a dynamic flavour profile to create the ultimate twist on the espresso martini cocktail” Grey Goose said.
