G’s Fresh has added two new variants to its Love Beets range as it seeks to continue disrupting the fresh produce aisle.
The brand has launched Chip Shop Curry and White Wine & Balsamic flavours to the beetroot range, which is exclusively available in Tesco stores nationwide (rsp: £1/180g).
The new flavours were said to offer a “modern twist” on a British favourite.
“Through our delicious flavour infusions, we can truly offer both beetroot lovers and newbies something new and exciting to add to their plates and particularly during the summer months when people naturally eat more beets, these bold flavours can be the hero of the dish,” said Jenni Danby, head of marketing for global brands at G’s Fresh.
It follows last year’s launch of the Love Beets brand with a major primetime TV sponsorship deal for ITV series Ainsley Harriott’s Caribbean Kitchen.
