Holland & Barrett has launched its new loyalty card nationwide.
The health food and supplements retailer began a pilot of its Rewards for Life card across 40 stores in the Midlands earlier this year. The scheme has now been extended across the rest of the company’s estate, which comprises around 700 stores in the UK and Ireland.
A TV campaign fronted by former Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones will promote the scheme to shoppers.
“We have spent time researching and developing the loyalty programme and we are confident that Rewards for Life will be a huge hit with our customers,” said Phil Geary, marketing director of parent group NBTY.
“In the longer term this is also a fantastic opportunity for us to analyse how Holland & Barrett customers shop, to help us ensure we are meeting their needs as consumers and enable us to target offers that are relevant to them.”
