BakeMark UK, formerly known as Arkady Craigmillar, has recruited Michael Hanley as category manager for Asda.
He will be responsible for developing the instore bakery category for the bakery ingredient and frozen bakery products supplier.
He will aim to build a closer customer relationship with Asda, monitor consumer trends. and undertake projects for cakes and bread. He will report to head of marketing Kerrie Hampson and instore bakery category manager Helen Sinclair.
Hanley joins from Freshway Foods where he was a market analyst and account manager for a supermarket account.
Arkady Craigmillar changed its name to BakeMark UK when it acquired bakery and confectionery supplier Caravan Brill and the cookie maker Readi-Bake.
