Haribo's latest countline launch into the £89m other gums and jellies' sector is Lassooos. It is a 30cm long sour fruity strip that comes in three flavours: blueberry, cola and strawberry (rsp 2p). The cartoon character Hariboy ­ this time dressed in a cowboy outfit ­ features on the Lassooos drum. Haribo hopes to capitalise and build on the growing popularity of sour sweets such as Haribo's Tangfastics which were launched earlier this year. {{P&P }}
