Martin Harrison, sales and marketing manager for Baxters Foods chilled soups division, has been recruited as national account manager for the Rachel’s Organic brand.
He initially takes responsibility for managing the Tesco, Waitrose and Asda accounts in the newly-created role and will drive the development of products such as the brand’s newly-developed organic desserts. David Stacey, trading director for Rachel’s Organic, has responsibility for business with Sainsbury.
Other members of the sales team are overseeing accounts with Morrisons, the Co-operative Group and independents.
Martin has held national account or sales roles with Sara Lee Household and Bodycare, Masterfoods, Ferrero UK and Kraft.
