Hot chocolate brand Hasslacher’s is rolling out its hot drinking chocolate in a new disc format.

Hasslacher’s has previously sold solid drinking chocolate in a bar format to be melted into hot milk, but said the discs would be more convenient.

The unsweetened discs are made from Colombian Criollo cocoa beans and come in a 150g pouch of 10 servings. They will roll out to 825 Tesco and 240 Waitrose stores from 10 February (rsp: £2.99/150g).
