Heinz is giving consumers the chance to win their dad a personalised bottle of HP Sauce for Father’s Day.
The company has previously offered personalised products – including ‘Get Well’ cans of soup – but this is the first time it has extended such activity to the HP Sauce brand.
Facebook fans will have the opportunity to win one of a hundred bottles that will be sent directly to dads in time for Father’s Day on 16 June, and will carry labels including the name of the sender.
The Facebook competition, which will run for seven days from 3 June, will be fronted by the HP Sauce Man, who recently starred in the ‘Man Rules’ TV advert and the integrated ‘Sauce of Manliness’ campaign.
“We’re always looking for innovative ways to excite our audience and personalising bottles and giving them away through a Facebook competition allows us to reward our most loyal fans (and their dads),” said HP Sauce brand manager Shane Shortman.
