Waitrose has extended its Heston by Waitrose portfolio into fresh fish, with a new sea bass fillets and samphire product.

The fillets - which come with samphire vanilla and butter - went into stores last week.

They are sold in packs of two fillets and retail at £6.39 for a 280g pack.

The sea bass will join existing Heston by Waitrose seafood including lapsang souchong tea smoked salmon, prawn cocktail, fish stock and lobster bisque.
