Hi Spirits has brought US vodka brand Tito’s to the UK and added a Cassis variant to its Absinthe Hapsburg portfolio.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka, available to the off and on-trade now, is a 40% abv craft spirit made from 100% corn, which is claimed to create a sweeter and rounder flavour than vodkas made from wheat and potatoes (rsp: £29.99/70cl).

The brand had seen strong sales growth in the US, driven mainly by word-of-mouth recommendation, said Hi-Spirits.

The company has also started distributing Absinthe Hapsburg Cassis, an 89.9% abv drink aimed at “serious mixologists” (rsp: £55/500ml).
