Chilled dips brand Holy Moly has launched a nacho meal kit.
The kit (rsp: £5.99/500g) contains 200g tortilla chips alongside Holy Moly’s Original Guacamole (150g), Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa (75g) and Nacho Chilli Cheese (75g) dips, for shoppers to create their own “fully loaded” nachos at home.
It features instructions for shoppers on how to warm the tortilla chips and chilli cheese sauce, and assemble the various components, on the back of pack.
The NPD has rolled into Sainsbury’s and will hit Asda in July.
“We know shoppers want more from meal kits: better quality, better value, and fewer compromises,” said Holy Moly co-founder Tom Walker.
“Our Fully Loaded Nacho Kit is our answer, made with real ingredients and designed to deliver big flavour and convenience all in one big orange box.”
Holy Moly launched Nacho Chilli Cheese dip (rsp: £2.75/150g) in September as part of a push to drive sales through autumn and winter with “warm, comforting and indulgent treats”. This push included the addition of Alpine Fondue and Margherita Cheese dips.
In the same month, it added a range of cold-pressed, fresh sauces (rsp: £2.20/80g), comprising five “meal-elevating” variants: Chimichurri, Ranch, Honey & Mustard, Peanut Satay and Chipotle.
