Phizz Daily Energy

Packs in Orange and Cherry are rolling out in Waitrose, Tesco, Amazon and Boots (rsp: £7.99/20 tablets)

British hydration brand Phizz has added a duo of caffeine-boosted tablets.

The Daily Energy range would tackle dehydration, which was “one of the biggest causes of fatigue”, said Phizz.

Packs in Orange and Cherry are rolling out in Waitrose, Tesco, Amazon and Boots from this month (rsp: £7.99/20 tablets).

Each tablet contains seven electrolytes including sodium, potassium and calcium, as well as 75mg of slow release caffeine from guarana extract.

“Even mild dehydration can lead to sluggishness, poor focus and that all-too-familiar energy dip,” said Phizz. “But most people reach for coffee or a sugary energy drink, which doesn’t fix the root cause.”

Phizz Daily Energy would tackle “fatigue at its source with a specialised hydration formula”, the brand claimed.

Added B-vitamins would support “everything from brain function to reducing tiredness and fatigue”, it added.

Phizz was founded in 2015 by PhD neuroscientist Dr Paul Anastasiades alongside Daniel Cray, Jonathan Knight and Rory Simmance-Freemantle. It is the UK’s leading ‘hydration enhancer’, having seen sales grow by 160% in the past year [NIQ 52 w/e 22 February 2025].
