The world’s food and drink industry descended on London’s Excel Centre last week for IFE (The International Food & Drink Event).

With 1,350 exhibitors – including more than 900 there for the first time – IFE was a Smörgåsbord of innovations, futuristic thinking and exciting trends from the UK and around the world.
