The Original Ilchester Beer Cheese is a blend of mature Somerset Cheddar and Fuller's Beer. It comes as a 3kg black waxed deli wheel, 175g tray pack and 150g flow wrapped pack. Ilchester is also producing a commemorative Beer Can tin. The company claims the cheese was the first blended cheese to be produced in the UK and started a market today worth £40m.
