Hazlewood Sauces & Pickles has appointed Rob Iles as business unit director. Iles was previously a senior business manager at Hibernia Foods. He has 10 years' experience in the fmcg sector. Having started his career with the Whitbread Beer Company, he moved to Cow & Gate Nutricia as national account manager. He went on to join Dairy Crest where he held a number of sales positions in branded and own label sectors. Iles said one of his key aims in his new position would be to improve Hazlewood's customer offering.
