Maximising on milk
Twinings is milking its marketing coffers for a £1.2m TV ad campaign for its Ovaltine Max for Milk brand. Set to break in June, executions feature animated characters and deal with parents’ eternal dilemma of how to get kids to eat and drink healthily.
Flavour adventure
Tomato, green olive & roasted red chilli is the latest seasonal combination to join the Loyd Grossman cooking sauce range. The company says introducing seasonal limited editions appeals particularly to adventurous consumers who are continually looking to try new flavours.
Dessert debut
Ambient dessert specialist Dole Packaged Foods is making its UK advertising debut, with a £1.5m campaign that includes posters at cinemas and supermarkets and press ads in key women’s titles. Launching at the end of this month, the three executions target busy mums and feature the strapline ‘Fruit, the way you like it’.
Feel-Good fantasy
The adage ‘something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue’ is the inspiration for an on-pack promotion for Feel Good Drinks, which builds on the brand’s sponsorship marriage with Brit flick Confetti. The film, due out at the start of next month, features themed weddings and the promotion offers four related prizes, including a weekend break at a naturist club.
Splashing out
Campina is splashing out £2m from next month on a support campaign for new 200ml single-serve size Yazoo in Chocolate and Strawberry flavours. Activity will include posters, print ads and cinema activity, targeting mums, kids and people who spend a lot of time on the road.
