InBev UK directors have taken up their new roles as part of the new UK and Ireland management team at Anheuser-Busch InBev at the expense of their A-B counterparts.
Steve McAllister, MD for take home retail at InBev UK, becomes divisional director for multiple off-trade for the enlarged business, formed in November following InBev's acquisition of Anheuser-Busch.
He has worked for the company for a number of years on high-profile campaigns including the launch of oak-aged beer Eiken Artois into the off-trade in February last year.
Simon Harrison, commercial director for off-trade at InBev UK, has been named divisional director for independent off-trade. He is tasked with boosting sales in the impulse channel and introduced Stella Artois in pint-sized cans to the impulse sector in last August. Andreas Hilger has been named as marketing director. Hilger was previously marketing director for InBev UK and joined the UK business in March last year from InBev Germany.
Vicki Kipling, who was UK marketing director for Anheuser-Busch, is leaving. She has worked at the brewer since 2002.
Other InBev directors appointed to the management team include Mike Lees, divisional director for Scotland at InBev UK, who becomes divisional director for Scotland and Ireland, while Tim Clay, divisional director for independent on-trade England and Wales, becomes divisional director for on-trade in the enlarged business.
An Anheuser-Busch InBev UK spokeswoman would not say what had happened to their A-B counterparts.
A-B's UK sales director Alistair Kemp is the only A-B director to take up a role on the enlarged management team. He becomes trade marketing and technical sales director. Kemp joined A-B in 2006.
Last month, InBev UK president Stuart MacFarlane was named as president of Anheuser-Busch InBev UK ahead of David Dryden, who had led Anheuser-Busch's UK operations since 2006.
He has now left the business.
