Bulmers is launching an internet e-commerce site exclusively for its customers. The company believes its Incider Trading site will transform the relationships it has with the trade giving it all the information necessary to do business. Richard Harris, the e-commerce manager said: "Incider Trading is quicker and more flexible than current systems, provides a service 24 hours a day and has built in security to protect customer confidentiality." The site can be used for placing and tracking orders, checking product information and promotional activity. Harris said: "This is probably the first system of its kind in the drinks industry and demonstrates our commitment to innovation." {{DRINKS }}
