Hair removal specialist Inhibitif has claimed a category first with a deodorant designed to slow hair growth.

Available from Boots now, Inhibitif Hair-Free Deodorant comes in a 50ml roll-on format in a mint scent or fragrance-free (rsp: £8.99). It would help slow the growth and density of hair, while also protecting against sweat, said Inhibitif.

When used daily, the first results would be achieved within two weeks, claimed the supplier, with continued improvement becoming apparent over an eight-week period.

Inhibitif launched a hair-removing serum into Boots this April, pitched as the “ultimate lasting pain-free solution to unwanted body hair”.
