Attic Futura is pulling out all the stops to raise the profile of its Inside Soap magazine. The title is hosting a celebrity party to toast the winners of the Inside Soap Awards 2001 and, to make the most of media coverage, has hired a public relations company for the event. The awards, which are sponsored by soap powder Surf, will be launched in issue 186 on sale August 14. Readers of Inside Soap can vote in 15 categories, ranging from best actor' to best newcomer'. The list of winners and full coverage of the award winners party will appear in issue 190, on sale October 9. The Inside Soap party 2001 will take place on October 1. Grace Stewart, publisher of Inside Soap, said: "The time is right to move Inside Soap awards forward.
