Intervention has re-opened in the UK for butter. Declared prices for June 3 and June 10 fell to £180.70 and £177.27 per 100kg respectively for salted butter. Unsalted declared prices were £178.92 and £178.24 per 100kg for the same dates, while the 92% intervention threshold stood at £187.99 and £189.53 respectively for the same dates.
