Forecourt operator Motor Fuel Group has appointed Jackie Ledwich to head up its food services development.
Ledwich comes from restaurant management company Kout Food Group, which has more than 200 stores and 3,000 employees in the UK. There she rolled out the Little Chef, Subway and Burger King brands across 30 of their roadside restaurants.
She assumed the position of food services development manager at Motor Fuel Group, which is the second-largest independent forecourt operator in the UK, on Monday (11 July). In her role, Ledwich will be tasked with improving the choice and quality of food at the group’s 374 forecourt stations.
“Jackie will be responsible for both identifying the best brands and ensuring they are implemented in our stations to the highest standards,” said Motor Fuel Group’s retail director Richard Baker.
