Jazzy branded potatoes go into The Co-operative

Jazzy, a new branded potato for all-round use, has launched into The Co-operative stores.

Supplied by Norfolk-based Preva Produce, Jazzy is waxy-skinned and can be boiled, steamed, roasted or mashed. One kilo green-coloured packs of 35mm-42mm sized potatoes and 500g red packs of 20mm-35mm potatoes went into 500 of the largest The Co-operatives this week.

Jazzy was the potato that customers had been waiting for, said Preva director Will Beeson. “It looks fantastic, tastes great and stores well. It delivers superb value to our customers.”

The brand is being supported with PoS. The potatoes are also available in 10kg boxes through wholesaler markets.
