Natural energy drink brand Little Miracles has appointed former Tyrrells Crisps convenience channel head Jessica Lowden to the newly created role of UK & Ireland general manager.
Lowden comes to Little Miracles from Vivo Energy, the licensee that operates the Shell brand in Africa, where she delivered the business’s commercial plans across 10 African countries.
She previously worked for whey-based protein drink brand Upbeat, where she managed relationships with retailers and secured listings for the product. Prior to that, Lowden held account manager positions with Tyrrells, General Mills, Richmond Ice Cream and Masterfoods (now Mars).
“I’m excited to join the business at such a critical time,” said Lowden. “We are set to accelerate our growth trajectory within the healthier drinks category by putting our consumers at the heart of what we do and building collaborative relationships with our retailers.”
Lowden replaces former CEO Livio Bisterzo, who left in October.
Little Miracles is a blend of tea, ginseng, açai and fruit juice, in varieties such as Green Tea & Pomegranate and White Tea & Cherry.
