JJ Food Service has added a new Lavazza Coffee microsite to its online ordering platform.
The microsite offers free education, training, recipe suggestions and a range of “coffee essentials”.
A dedicated education page provides a free downloadable guide to coffee, which includes information on machine maintenance and how to serve coffee at its best.
Customers can also register to attend a free coffee training session at Lavazza’s training centres in Greenford and Uxbridge.
Lavazza’s new premium espresso-based blends Alteco, Gran Reserva, Tierra Brazil and Super Gusto are available on the micro-site alongside seasonal menu ideas such as Nutella Delight and a Salted Caramel Cappuccino.
“JJ is the preferred wholesale partner of Lavazza Coffee in the UK, which means no one else offers a better price or a better range,” said JJ Food Service group general manager Terry Larkin.
“Coffee can be a complex category, We want to make choosing the right blend easier while inspiring our customers to try something new that might help to grow their coffee sales.”
JJ’s online ordering website has 20,000 unique customers every week, with 40% of purchases via a mobile device.
