JJ Food Service has slashed prices in a bid to push cashless transactions.
Customers paying online for delivered or collected goods will benefit from 34 promotional discounts ranging from a £3 saving on JJ Texan Burgers to 50p on bottled water.
Currently more than half of the foodservice operator’s customers shop online. Since the launch of the promotion in February, online transactions by card have increased by 8%.
“We want to encourage caterers to think cashless,” said JJ Food Service COO Mushtaque Ahmed.
“People who pay online in advance can be in and out of a branch in minutes. For deliveries, drivers can be off the premises much faster.”
