JJ Foodservice has invited food and drink manufacturers who are interested in working with it to attend its annual conference, as the wholesaler looks to expand its range.
The conference, due to take place on 10 November in London, is being opened up to suppliers for the first time.
The business said that it followed increased demand from suppliers, including key fmcg brands, to access its purchasing department.
It will be attended by senior managers and members of the business’s buying team.
“We’re keen to develop existing partnerships as well as meet new suppliers who will help us to grow our range,” said JJ Foodservice chief product officer Sezer Ozkul.
“Better communication means better partnerships and mutual growth for everyone involved.”
JJ said it held the event for the first time last year in order to strengthen its partnerships and align strategies following the impact of the pandemic.
The event will be chaired by Patrick Mitchell-Fox, senior analyst at IGD. It will also include a variety of guest speakers from across the industry.
