John Frieda is claiming a first for the market with a system that repairs damaged hair without weighing it down.

The five-strong John Frieda Full Repair portfolio, rolling out now, contains a lightweight micro-oil rich in omega-3. It consists of a shampoo, conditioner, root lift foam and two products created to deal with split ends (rsp: £5.69 to £6.99).

“This is the first range to deliver a targeted solution for damaged, over-worked hair that does not weigh the hair down,” said the company.
