Organic cold-pressed juice manufacturer The Juice Executive has snapped up premium brand Juice 4 Thought to expand into new markets.
Started by Julia Duobko in 2017, Juice 4 Thought specialises in premium, organic cold-pressed juice delivered to hospitality, foodservice and indie customers across London.
Juice Executive managing director Alexandra Auger said the two businesses had “well-aligned values” around organic product quality and integrity.
“This is an exciting opportunity for us to expand into new markets,” she added.
“Given the current environment, consolidation within the fresh production and distribution sector is going to be key for business resilience.”
Doubko will stay on under Juice Executive ownership and drive the hospitality arm of the business.
Auger founded The Juice Executive in her garage in 2014, expanding operations into white-label supply the following year. It now produces a range of fresh and HPP juices, smoothies and dairy free nut milks for brands around the UK from a 15,000 sq ft purpose-built facility in Kent.
The business also makes its own direct-to-consumer brand, Think Press.
The acquisition of Juice 4 Thought is the company’s first since the takeover of Radiance Cleanse in 2017, which sits within its organic portfolio of brands.
