DCS Group is to appoint two new members to its board as it works towards reaching a revenue target of £300m by 2022.
Julie Price and Jorge Silva will join the household brands distributor’s board of directors on 1 January 2018.
Price has worked with the company for the more than a year and becomes financial performance director. She will be responsible for improving financial performance and heading the senior leadership team.
Silva has been promoted to IT director after four years at DCS, and will lead a team of five developers.
DCS founder and CEO Denys Shortt said: “We are delighted to welcome Jorge and Julie to the board, who are both important additions as we work towards our target of £300m within five years.”
Last month, the official UK distributor for Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Colgate Palmolive and PZ Cussons reported a 13.5% sales increase to £210.7m for the year to 31 December 2016.
The company recently opened a new £10m 25-acre headquarters in Banbury.
DCS has also just recorded its highest month in terms of sales at £22.5m in October.
