Kraft Foods has revamped its Kenco freeze dried instant coffee brands with a new gold design to give it a more upmarket image.
The new design has a gold swirl to emphasise the effects that the coffee’s aroma has and, hopes Kraft, to improve the quality perception.
The new look will appear on Kenco Really Rich, Really Smooth and Decaffeinated instant coffee lines, and is being supported by a £3m six-month advertising campaign.
All three products in the 100g jar format are also being supported by price-marked packs - Really Smooth and Really Rich will retail at £2.29 and Decaffeinated at £2.89.
