William Grant & Sons has appointed its first-ever global whisky specialist for innovation.
Its global marketing manager, Kevin Abrook, has been promoted to the role, in which he will visit markets to “excite, inform and educate both trade and consumers about the company’s latest innovations.”
“I will also be involved in developing brand new whiskies, which is really exciting,” Abrook added.
He will take up the new role on 1 September.
