Rob Knight has quit as non-executive chairman of Dairy Farmers of Britain, becoming the latest high-profile departure.
Knight's resignation closely follows the exits of commercial director David Potts and non-executive director Philip Moody.
"The dairy industry is constantly changing and DFB must also adapt if it is to prosper," said Knight. "As the business moves into a new phase it is an appropriate time for me to hand over the reins."
Farmer director Lord Grantchester will act as interim chairman.
