He’s at it again! Reggae Reggae founder Levi Roots has now expanded into the pasta sauce category.

Rasta Pasta sauce (rsp: £1.89), now in Morrisons, is described as “lightly spiced, with sun-ripened tomatoes, pineapple, guava and herbs”.

“Ambient Italian sauce is a very robust category, but growth has slowed over recent years as consumers increasingly view Italian ranges as same-y and bland,” said Shah Khan, marketing manager at AB World Foods, which also makes Roots’ Reggae Reggae relishes.
