Lidl has unveiled an autumn advertising campaign that stresses the discounter is ‘big on everything you need in the season of wonderful contradictions’.
The Karmarama-created ad is the second campaign in the Big On series as the retailer continues to grow its market share.
The TV commercial will show autumn in all its ‘can’t-make-its-mind-up’ glory, as people misjudge the weather, catch a cold, or embrace a grey Sunday afternoon.
Key will be that Lidl can help with the lot.
The campaign’s execution puts a strong emphasis on both quality and range across all in-store categories to show Lidl is ‘big on’ all the everyday essentials needed at every time of the year.
Lines include ‘big on roasting when it’s toasting. And roasting when it’s not’.
The ad will run across TV, posters, press, radio, digital and social channels.
