The Jerky Group has appointed Lisa Gower as its new sales director.

Gower, who joined this week, has 20 years’ experience, having worked for Tyrrells, Costa and Australian Vintage.

At Jerky, she will be responsible for driving sales growth across the company’s brands and own-label products, as well as strengthening its position as category leader. Her appointment follows the launch last month of Hogbites Pork Jerky.
